Healing Journey
I have always had a hard time finding a journaling method that works for me. I was so excited when I found the Maniscripting journal and guidebook, it has clear and concise instructions and methods to get you started, reach deep and keep you motivated to follow through. As an extra bonus, the ritual guidebook section has information about crystals, chakras, and rituals for all whether experienced or new to those things. I highly recommend this joural and this journey to manifest any goals big or small. It has been so healing!
