The Maniscripting Journal Box Set and Journal Purchases

We do not accept or offer returns or refunds on our journals.

We ask that you review all the information about this product before you commit to buying. Please review all photos and videos in detail, as well as, make sure the dimensions and sizes will work best for your life and will suit your personal needs. We are fully confident that if used correctly you will experience growth and transformation.

Due to the nature of this product, all journal sales (including holiday box sets), unless damaged or defective, are final. Please note we are also not offering refunds on pre-orders or pre-sale items.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

For Crystals, Candles, Aura Mist, Jewelry, and Pens (Items Other Than Journals):

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

Some items can not be returned if they are opened. 

Merchandise that has been used or altered will not be accepted for return or exchange unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

EXCHANGES

If you have received an item, you may exchange it for a different size or color if it has not been used. You will have to pay for return shipping unless there is a manufacturer defect.

 

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM

Your item must be in its original unused condition to be returned unless there is a manufacturer defect. You must return the item within 14 days of your purchase.

Please email hello@maniscripting.com to request a refund and a reason for your return or exchange.

Please do not mail back your product without emailing us first. Products sent back without email authorization will be refused and you will not receive a refund or exchange. We will email you our shipping address, tracking number, and additional instructions to process your return.

If you received free shipping on your order, the original shipping cost + return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Our customer service team will let you know what the total amount is.
