We ship for free within the USA, and at this time charge for international shipping.
Delivery Time for The Maniscripting Journal: All orders placed in January will be shipped when we receive our next shipment end of January 2021. We anticipate we will start shipping early February.
Individual Items like Crystal or Sage (without ordering the journal): Shipping is immediate and you will receive your order within 3-5 business days.
If you wish to change your shipping address, please contact email@example.com as soon as possible.
Since we process orders as quickly as possible to expedite shipping times, it is not guaranteed that we will be able to adjust your order details before your order begins processing but we’ll do our best.
If you want to ship the TMJ internationally, import duties, taxes or other charges are not included in our shipping price. Always make sure that you consult with your country’s customs office prior to purchasing to determine these specific prices.
Refunds and exchanges
We want you to feel excited and confident with any purchase you make on TMJ.
We ask that you review all the information about this product before you commit to buying. Please review all photos in detail, as well as, make sure the dimensions and sizes will work best for your life and will suit your personal needs. We are fully confident that if used correctly you will experience growth and transformation.
All journal sales, unless damaged or defective, are final. Please note we are also not offering refunds on pre-orders or pre-sale items.

Follow these steps for an exchange (we do not honor refunds):
Step 1: Please take a picture of the damage (Item must be unused. I.e. Journal cannot have any writing in it and sage cannot be burned - any signs of use will forfeit an exchange)
Step 2: Send us an email with a brief explanation of the damage, attach the picture and send it to:
Step 3: We will respond within 24-48 hours with next steps to exchange your order.
Take Note: Crystals are a natural item from the earth and can potentially have some breakage during shipping. We do not exchange crystals, but we do have a wonderful ritual for crystals that have broken - they're not ruined! Check it out here.

Nope. And we do not plan too. If you see our product on Amazon please let us know. Amazon isn’t the friendliest option for small start ups… but when we have our items in stock you can expect fast shipping with love!
