This pen is beautiful, love how it writes, comes with refill. When using this pen I feel connected to the stone. I originally ordered the rose gold , they corrected my order quickly but still sent the wrong pen, but after receiving the gold I was in love ! I guess the universe wanted me to have this one. I love these pens! I now have three of them. One for my purse, one for my desk, and one for my journal! The ink flows so smoothly from the pen, it's like ice skating on a smooth frozen pond!! Refillable too!! Then there is the wonderful beauty and energy that the crystals emit. A lovely pen!

I was it very excited to find this journal and pen. I splurged on them as a bday gift to myself and I couldn’t wait to get them. They were delivered to an old address on the other side of the country. I have attempted to contact their customer service department several times over the past 4 weeks. I have not received a response YET. I’m sure whoever is living in my old house is really enjoying the items. It would be great if customer service would respond so I maybe I can too.
I was going to recommend to my daughters and gal pals. Can’t recommend something I’ve never seen and certainly cannot recommend a company that takes your money and then will not respond when you never receive their product.
Update…4/23…still no response from seller’s customer service or SHOP. Also missing another shipment from this seller
