Love it
I love this pen and their customer service! My ink section came loose in shipping and they quickly send me a video for how to tighten it and replace the ink. It is a small ink well because of the pen's design so I went through it quickly, but upon request they also sent me where I can get refills on Amazon (only $6 for a 10 pack!). Plus you can get black ink for the refills which is great cause a lot of us aren't into the blue 😅 love the pen, love the company, will buy more now that I know about the refills!!!
