I am so excited to talk about love and relationships and manifestation and that I've learned over my adulthood dating and being a different types of relationships but I want to start off by saying - I'm not here to tell you what the best relationship is and I'm not here to tell you that you have one soul mate on this planet that you need to find a spend the rest of your life with - we all have different definitions of what love is to us how we feel the most supported! In this #ManiscriptingStoryTime video, I describe how to perform these 3 Manifestation Love Rituals:
Number 1: Get Clear & Take Action
When it comes to manifestation you can not just visualize things and "hope" they come true. You must take inspired action. First, make a list of characteristics, qualities and traits that you want in your significant other. Do not try to manifest a specific person you know. For example, sure Trevor at the office is cute, but you want to focus on a list vs an actual person you already know. Then start taking action and saying yes to opportunities to explore. Get on dating apps, let friends hook you up, start being more friendly to men (or woman) and if someone does ask you out that you are "not into" - politely decline and don't be a bitch. Being a jerk to people who ask you out just signals to the Universe that you are okay with being single and it won't send people your way. Every person you go out with or date - you'll learn something about yourself and what you want in a significant other.
Number 2: The Love Mala Ritual
One of my sisters made my love mala necklace. A Mala is used for prayer and meditation. It has 108 crystal beads, and because this is a love mala, I asked for her to use love crystals in it, so mine has rose quartz, aventurine, and moonstone crystals. Now, there’s significance to the 108 crystal beads on a mala necklace. The number one stands for God, the universe or your own highest truth; Zero stands for emptiness and humility in spiritual practice; and the number eight stands for infinity and timelessness.
When it comes to a mala necklace, you are able to set the intention for your necklace and infuse it with energies and meaning for your meditation or prayer practice. So if you're familiar with the holy rosary that’s used in the catholic religion, it’s like that!
You can buy or create your own mala necklace, and you can use anytype of crystals depending on what you want to manifest or meditate on, and make sure when you do purchase your own mala necklace, get one with crystals that will help you empower those intentions.
How to Use & Perform The Love Mala Ritual?
You start this ritual on a new moon, and for 40 days in a row you sit down with your mala and recite (and say out loud) the manifestation "prayer" 108 times. If you miss a day, you must start over. You can do this any time of day, but be in a positive and high vibe state. Hold your mala necklace and moving your fingers it along from crystal to crystal, starting at the top or where the guru bead is, and you repeat this saying out loud:
To Manifest and Attract A Man:
"Sat Patim Dehi Parameshwara" - Sat Pah-Teem Day-Hee Pah-Rahm-Esh-Wah-Rah
To Manifest and Attract A Woman:
"Om Shrim Shriyei Namaha" - Ohm Shreem Shree-yay Nahm-Ah-Ha
Number 3: Make Space For Your Partner
You need to make room for things in your life - if you've been following TMJ for a while you know in order to call things in, we must have room for them. Physical and emotional room! Does your future partner have room in your life? Make some space in the closet for them, clear out a side table on one side of the bed, make sure your bed is centered in the room (so you can get in and out on both sides of the bed - not against a wall on one side). Use the feng shui bagua method and put things that resemble love and partnership in the love corner of the room.
