This role is for the person who is excited to work at a fast growing start up business. You are type of person who thinks two steps ahead, is a problem solver and genuinely is excited to be a part of a brand that is helping women. You will be tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the business and overseeing the warehouse and fulfillment operations.
Assistant to Founder
- Tasks include being a right hand person to founder when needed
Fulfillment Manager
- Batch orders (Shopify) and print shipping labels for fulfillment
- Track inventory + order inventory
- Oversee fulfillment team (help when necessary)
- Report any ongoing issues to CEO to alleviate customer service inquiries

🌟 Social Media & Community Manager
Location: Must be local to Los Angeles
Salary/Pay: Negotiable monthly salary depending on experience and previous results.
Employment type: Preferably Full-time. Independent Contractor Agreement.

We’re looking for a super creative person who loves and understands spirituality; think manifestation, crystals, rituals and all things high vibe! The Maniscripting Journal is a gorgeous 90-day journal for women and our community is growing quickly by the day! You’re role would be to not only create content for TikTik and Instagram but also to engage and manage the community on Might Networks (similar to Facebook groups).
Please see our website and Instagram - if it doesn’t excite you please do not apply. We’re not looking for someone who just wants a check, we need someone who is excited and passionate to work with us and be a part of brand.
You will be working with the founder on content (she is the face of the brand) and you will need to come to our HQ weekly to shoot bts content.
Please only apply if you have extensive examples of TikToks and Reels created. This is not a beginner position.
Tasks Include:
Content Creator:
- Create weekly content for TikTok and Instagram (TT's to be reposted on IG)
- Engage/Respond to comments and DM's
Community Management
- Proficient in Mighty Networks (similar to Facebook Groups)
- Engage community members
- Come up with creative strategies to engage and grow community
- Community member support via DM, comments (inside Mighty Networks community only - no social media)
You would be a good fit if you are:
📲 Very experienced with TikTok & Reels - has an extensive portfolio of content created on the platform.
🧘♀️ Preferably spiritual, loves to journal, has a morning routine and understands the basics of meditation, crystals, and manifestation.
📍 Must be Los Angeles based, our HQ is in Torrence, CA where you will have to shoot content at on a weekly basis (this is not a remote/virtual position)
💥 Experience and creative with product photography and creating content for e-commerce products
💁🏼♀️ Must be okay with being featured in the content you create: face, voice, hands, etc.
🤓 Experience with Might Networks preferred
Knows how to manage virtual communities and come up with creative ideas for engagement
Last but not least, we desire this position to be filled by someone who we would promote to full time with our company. Starting would be part-time until we mutually agree that this is a good fit for both parties.

Job Title: Fulfillment Associate
We are looking to fulfill a very important role at Maniscripting HQ. We are a spiritual and high vibe e-commerce company for manifestation journals & high vibe ritual tools that is backed by a powerful sisterhood community.
This expansion to our team is an essential part of our warehouse operations. We are looking for someone who believes in the Maniscripting brand - think manifestation, law of attraction, 3D vs 5D consciousness, frequencies, crystal energy, and is open minded. If you’ve heard of Abraham Hicks, Joe Dispenza or Gabby Bernstein then you’re probably a good fit for our company! We are all about raising the consciousness of the planet and helping women awaken their higher self so they can have and enjoy everything they desire in this lifetime.
You would be a good fit if you are:
💁🏼♀️ Someone who loves watching “pack an order with me” videos on TikTok and could see themselves doing this.

$20/hour starting at 15+ hours a week - our hope is you will grow into a full-time position. Job duties will be executed at our warehouse in Torrence, CA roughly between the hours of 9-3pm and most likely will only be needed on Monday, Wednesday &/or Friday to start. Must have dependable transportation.
